Anxiety is rife right now, regardless of whether or not you have tics. We are living in a crazy strange world and many of us are struggling with new worries, increased worries and old worries. We now also have extra time to go over and over these worries.


This workbook is to provide a basic understanding of anxiety and to teach some skills to help reduce the frequency of these anxiety provoking worries.
