About the event

What if I told you that your child's confidence, self expression and supporting wellbeing could be improved and supported with simply paper, pen and an idea?

This workshop will teach children a simple but powerful tool kit to support them via Songwriting and singing.

Sophie Garner is a professional singer (1st artist to ay the main stage at London's 02 Arena) vocal coach (including The Voice Kids ITV) leader of 4 community choirs across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. She is an expert music specialist working with schools, parents, dementia and brain injury and author of 'The Creative Songwriting Journal 'and' If you can't say it sing it' which is in schools across the UK.

Sophie has an MA in researching singing and Songwriting and the benefits on mental health and wellbeing.

She has taught 4,000+ children and adults how to sing over the past 17 years and how to use Songwriting and singing for their own wellbeing.

Sophie will be using the techniques from her published books (signed) and will be offering a 20% discount on both books to all those attending the workshop.

£1 of every book goes to YoungMinds charity.
