We will explore what your goals are when living with/ supporting those with tics, Tourette's, and/or co-occurring conditions and then provide you with solutions.

We offer Tic management therapy such as CBiT, HRT and ERP and also offer coaching for common co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Autism

Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Overwhelm, Low Confidence, Pain, Phobia's, OCD+  

 

​You will need to practice these strategies both in the sessions and at home, both you and your parents will have some tasks to do  but nothing too much so don't worry! 

 

The initial assessment last's approximately one hour, then subsequent sessions are run every week, and usually last between 30/45 minutes.

Neurodiversity Coaching With Alison, Our Specialist Neurodiversity Coach

Alison will support you with common comorbid symptoms that can often exhausabate tics. Some example's of how she can help are as follows.

 

ADHD Coaching: 

Support Strategies based on executive dysfunction, this includes; Motivation Initiation, Procrastination Time Management Strategies, Including the use of a visual and auditory support system 

 

Emotional Regulation Support: 

To help with Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria and Poor Perception/Self Esteem, Ways to Support and regulate your sensory system and Hyperactivity (Including Internal Sensory Issues) 

 

Autism/Communication Support: 

Strategies based on an individualised approach, working with visual and sensory support systems.

 

The coaching sessions will look at ways in which we communicate both verbally and non-verbally, we will look at triggers such as social anxiety, unpredictability, and intolerance of uncertainty and help you learn ways to manage these symptoms to reduce the impact they have on tic frequency.

Solution Focused Therapy with Jason Langley

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that combines hypnosis with solution-focused brief therapy techniques. It is a powerful tool for personal growth and self-improvement that can help people overcome a wide range of issues, from

phobias.
