Self-Monitoring - being aware of yourself in the moment)

Task initiation - (Taking action to start tasks)

Organisation - (keeping track of both mental and physically)

It's very common for those with tics, ADHD, Autism and other neurodiversity to have spikey Executive function skills. 

Did you know that when we are struggling with our executive functioning, our tics are likely to worsen.

A great way to help with many executive areas is to make your days / weeks organised and predictable. Why not create your own visual timetable or use one of our downloads
